I don’t wait for change—I build it.
Born and raised in Timișoara, Romania, I’ve always been more interested in making things work than watching from the sidelines.
My mission is simple but not small: Build Tomorrow, Today, one solution at a time.

Democratizing access to AI has become central to that mission. I believe intelligence—human or artificial—shouldn’t be gated by privilege, paywalls, or platforms. It should be accessible, transparent, and empowering.

From DVDs to Decentralized AI

I wasn’t a prodigy. But I was obsessed—with building, tinkering, and fixing. By first grade, I was selling DVDs with games to classmates. By age nine, I was helping my fellow after school colleagues learn how to use a computer.

High school was a creative whirlwind. I spent years diving deep into Cinema4D, Maya, and After Effects. That love for visual storytelling led me to launch my first photo-video business at 20. It failed. Spectacularly. And I’m glad it did—it taught me more than any win could’ve.

After a stint in field research with Millward Brown and management roles in retail, I found my way to WordPress work as a Happiness Engineer at TranslatePress. That’s where I learned what community, open-source, and global-scale support really mean.

The Growably Chapter

Alongside my childhood friend Dragos, we started freelancing under the name Growably—a word that reflected our belief in growth through adaptability. In 2022, we incorporated the agency and launched CopyBot—Romania’s first AI-powered copywriting tool.

That was just the start.

Betting Big on Decentralized AI

In 2024, we launched HeyDo—a Business Command Center built to bring order to chaos. Seven months in, we hit a hard truth: AI is powerful, but its compute costs are unsustainable.

That insight led to my biggest bet yet: ShareAI—a decentralized network that connects underused compute resources (like high-end PCs or idle servers) with companies that need power, fast. We’re starting with the AI vertical, but the implications stretch far beyond.

AI should be fairer, distributed, and built with intention—not locked away behind massive cloud bills.

Rooted in Grit

So much of who I am comes from those early days helping my dad rebuild our home—nails, dust, setbacks and all. His resilience, alongside my mom’s unwavering belief, shaped my sense of possibility.

I owe a lot to others who saw something in me before I saw it myself:

  • Fara Marioara – who unlocked my love for learning by simply giving me a chance.
  • Camelia Moț – who made entrepreneurship feel real, not theoretical.
  • And, of course, my father – whose work ethic still fuels everything I build today.

Today

You’ll find me speaking at local startup events, co-building the next generation of tools at Growably, and growing the ShareAI network to challenge how AI gets powered—and who gets to use it.

This isn’t just tech for tech’s sake. It’s about building systems that reflect the world I want to live in: open, accessible, and fair.
